You are ideally positioned to do most of the sightseeing by foot: the impressive Piazza del Popolo with one of the city's 13 obelisks in the centre of the square is just 5 minutes away from your door. To the other direction of this apartment, a five minute walk separates you from the world's most famous stairway: the Spanish Steps. They are also used as a cat-walk where Italy's designers present their latest collection to the public in a spectacular atmosphere. And the famous Via dei Condotti - Rome's prime shopping mile - next to the Spanish Steps is where you can buy the fashion "made in Italy"… Passing by the Spanish Steps, you reach the legendary Trevi Fountain within 10 minutes. From here, another milestone of Rome's long history is just a stone's throw away: the Pantheon, the temple dedicated to the main Gods and Goddesses more than 2000 years ago. Proceeding on for another couple of minutes you find yourself at the marvellous Piazza Navona and then you can continue on to Campo de' Fiori with the daily market. To visit the ancient part of Rome you can either walk for about 20 minutes from your door or you step on one of the electric buses (117) that bring you to Rome's landmark: the Colosseum and Forum Romanum.

It was in the year 1917 when Pablo Picasso choose a studio in this magnificent Palazzo located in via Margutta, one of Rome's prime addresses, for his three month stay in the Eternal City. The charming and quiet alleyway via Margutta is lined with galleries and chic stores and is set between two major sites: Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. This light and blissfully quiet studio-apartment is finely furnished with exquisite furniture and appointed with interesting art. You enter into the apartment via the 15 m2 terrace, on which you will certainly enjoy spending time, gazing into the blue sky. The first room is the living room with a mini-bar and all necessities to make a cup of tea. The next room is the bedroom with a large bed (180 cm wide) and an Ensuite bathroom with a small (not standard) bathtub.
